DESIGN OF BANDUNG REGIONAL REGULATIONS CONCERNINGIMPLEMENTATION OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE POOR

Seeing the growing and rapid development of the dynamics of social life in the community that
requires legal regulation, especially to support the implementation of sustainable development, the
preparation of Academic Papers as the first step in the formation of legislation seems to be
increasingly important. This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to draw
conclusions and then describe them to describe the needs and regulatory models regarding the
Implementation of Legal Aid in Bandung Regency. It will be seen the implementation of the
Implementation of Legal Aid for the poor in Bandung Regency and the problems that occur in its
implementation, how to overcome these problems. Then also see how necessary it is to form a
Regional Regulation regarding the Implementation of Legal Aid for the poor in Bandung Regency.
And also look at the scope and direction of the regulation in the regional regulation regarding the
Implementation of Legal Aid for the Poor in Bandung Regency. From this research, it can be said
that the scope of regulation of the implementation of legal aid for the poor is in the form of legal aid
given to Legal Aid Recipients who are facing legal problems which include exercising power,
assisting, representing, defending, and/or taking other legal actions for the legal interest of the
recipient. Legal Aid is any person or group of poor people who cannot fulfill basic rights properly
and independently in dealing with civil, criminal, and state administrative legal problems, both
litigation and non-litigation.
