This study discusses the carrying capacity of the potential of natural resources in increasing dairy farming in Pasirjambu District. Currently, the development of dairy farming in Pasirjambu District is experiencing many obstacles, including the number of farmers who complain about inadequate income from dairy farming, due to low milk production. This article uses a descriptive method with a quantitative research approach. Primary data is taken through survey method and secondary data is obtained from several agencies. The results of this study explain that the carrying capacity of HPT land in actual (existing) conditions is not supportive, but in potential conditions it supports the development of dairy cattle. This is due to the limited access of farmers to land resources. Likewise, water resources when viewed from the perspective of the ability of farmers to provide water resources do not support the development of dairy farming, due to the limited access of farmers to water resources, and also the limited capital capacity of most farmers to complete livestock facilities and infrastructure
