Abstract

The most important basic human need and human right is food. This has been guaranteed in Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 1945 as a basic component for realizing quality human resources. Food affairs have become the commitment of the Bandung Regency Government which are listed in the first and second missions of the Bandung Regency Long Term Medium Term Plan (RPJMD) 2016 – 2021. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using Case Study Methods and data collection techniques using interview techniques, brainstorming and observation to obtain various information/data to develop Bandung Regency Food (Vegetable) Logistics System. The purpose of this Bandung Regency Food Logistics System Study is to conduct research on the supply chain of food commodities in Bandung Regency in an effort to develop a Food Logistics System in Bandung Regency.
