ANALYSIS OF PERFORMANCE INDICATORS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF FOOD CONSUMPTION OF BANDUNG REGENCY

This paper presents the results of performance indicator analysis on cross-sector regional devices
that support the dianeagaagaman of food consumption in Bandung Regency. The food consumption
of quality residents is assessed through PPH scores which are one of the indicators of the
performance of regional heads in Bandung Regency. Performance indicator analysis is based on a
sustainable food system (FAO 2018) consisting of core systems, social elements, and natural
elements. A sustainable food system is a holistic concept that describes all the elements, activities,
institutions necessary to meet the quality of the population's food consumption. Use qualitative
methods by evaluating all indicators in 17 OPDs. The results of the identification of the Renstra 17
OPD indicator that supports the improvement of the quality of food consumption are presented in
the form of fishbone diagrams.
