STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS REGIONAL MEDIUM-TERM DEVELOPMENT PLANBANDUNG REGENCY

Abstract

The focus of this research is to examine the impact of a Policy, Plan and/or Program on the environment. On the other hand, examine environmental conditions and trends to then suggest Policies, Plans and/or Programs. To ensure that development planning is in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, it is necessary to develop a Strategic Environmental Assessment (KLHS) instrument. The research method used in this study uses Participatory Approaches and Expert Opinion, the method of comparative analysis between water availability and water demand, the method of analyzing the carrying capacity of food is known through the Food Carrying Capacity Ratio Index and the method of analysis of Vulnerability to Climate Change. The results of the research are policy recommendations in the preparation of the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) document Bandung Regency.
